Travel
By Air
Shellharbour Airport is located in Albion Park Rail in the City of Shellharbour and offers convenient direct commercial passenger flights with Link Airways to Brisbane and Melbourne (Essendon) return. Book your flight at Link Airways. Sydney Domestic/International Airport is just over an hours drive from the City of Shellharbour. Door to door airport connections are available.
By Road
Just over 1 hour drive from Sydney via the M1 Princess Highway or enjoy the amazing scenery along the Grand Pacific Drive. Shellharbour is located 5 minutes drive off the M1 highway.
By Coach
Coach services travel through Shellharbour with connections to Sydney, Canberra and Eden on a regular basis. Premier Motor Service stops at Albion Park Railway Station enroute from Sydney to Eden. Murrays Coaches stops in Albion Park connecting Wollongong to Canberra.
By Rail
Trains depart Sydney Central Station to the South Coast approximately every hour and every 30 minutes during peak hour. Stations to disembark include Albion Park Rail, Oak Flats and Shellharbour Junction Stations. Accommodation Payment
Full prepayment of accommodation is required to secure your booking by Friday 18 September 2026.
Accommodation Availability
A block booking has been made at Crowne Plaza Shell Cove will be confirmed on a first-in basis. Bookings have been made for the conference dates only (Checking in on Tuesday 3 November and Checking out Friday 6 November 2026). Accommodation can be organised outside these dates on a by-request basis only (please email amy@eastcoastconferences.com.au), and room rates may vary outside these dates. All accommodation bookings are subject to availability.
How to Book Accommodation
Accommodation bookings can be made via the conference registration form. If you have already registered for the conference and wish to add an accommodation booking, please email amy@eastcoastconferences.com.au. The Conference Managers will forward your reservation and full pre-payment to the hotel 30 days prior to arrival date. Hotels will not have a record of your booking prior to this date, as it will be included as a group booking, so please direct any changes to East Coast Conferences and not to the hotel directly.
Change of Booking
Any change to a reservation must initially be notified to the Conference Managers and not directly to the hotel. Please note, any changes must be made to the conference managers by Friday 4 September 2026. Cancellations must be made in writing (fees may apply).
Late Arrivals
Please indicate on your registration form or notify the Conference Managers in writing if you will arrive at your hotel after 6pm. Failure to notify of a late arrival may mean that your room will be released, and deposit forfeited.
Arrival Time
Hotel check-in time is 3pm. If you are to arrive before this time it is probable that you will not be able to gain access to your room. To guarantee a room to be available for an early arrival you will need to pre-book your room for the previous night. If required, please indicate on your registration form. (You will be charged by the hotel for the additional night).
Accommodation Refunds
Any accommodation cancellations received after Friday 4 September 2026 are subject to fees dependent on hotel advise. Name changes are permissible.
